Time: Childhood Memory

Childhood memory can be symbolized as a past memory that we all cherish and a happy memory that we missed. No matter how old we are, there is always a little girl/little boy who lives in our mind. My concept is to create a playful, childish, and happy-minded vibe in my artwork to recall the audience’s childhood memory. The “time” element in my project is the childhood memory I want to engage in.

For this project, I bought polyester fiber and made it as a “cloud shape” to hang it on the top of the lightbulb strings. On top of the lightbulb string, I put a layer of silk tulles and hang some candies on the lightbulb string. I want to create a dreamy look plus an “interacting” element for my piece.
