Collaboration project with Ha-Lan Van and Kura Yoshino

SEEDLIBRARAY_1 (1).png

A seed library that aims to nourish and mend the gap between city dwellers, animals, and plant life in lower Manhattan.

By means of a community driven seed and plant-centered book library, ecosystem for animals, gardening, and skill share workshops, seed shed works to cultivate a life-affirming, intergenerational space for interspecies friendships.

We incorporate instruments into "play." Adding sounds into the space. Testing how different materials create different sounds.

We want to bring hand-craft aspect into the seed library, such as paper mache models, paper models, or textile models. People can touch and feel it.

How to bring "play" into the seed library, how to motivate people to learn with visual and senses.
